My Global World Education Group

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of My Global World Education Group services, website and partner network.

Current terms · Applicable until 1 September 2026

01

Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the use of My Global World Education Group (“MGW”) services, website, and partner network. By engaging with MGW, whether as a student, parent, or agent, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

02

MGW’s Role

MGW operates as a global study abroad hub, representing a family of schools and partner institutions. MGW facilitates introductions, applications, and admissions processes but does not itself deliver educational programs or issue degrees.

03

Sales, Payments & Refunds

  • All tuition fees, payment schedules, refund policies and other commercial terms are governed by the individual school’s Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed by the agent and MGW.
  • Students and agents must review and accept the policies of the enrolling institution before confirming placement.
  • MGW is not responsible for refund decisions, tuition adjustments or financial claims made by individual schools.
  • Any application refusal arising from the submission of fake or fraudulent documents, whether by the student or the agent, will result in no refund of fees already paid.

04

Agent Agreements & Policies

To register for a course, complete the Enrollment Form and send it to the relevant national representative, or enrol by emailing info@MGW.education. Written confirmation and an invoice will then be issued.

Visa students must attach a copy of their passport.

  • Terms relating to exclusivity, commissions, territories or marketing rights are governed separately by the Agent Agreement signed between MGW and each agent.
  • Agents must at all times comply with MGW’s marketing and communications policy. Providing false, misleading or unauthorised information about MGW or its affiliated schools is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
  • Some partner schools may also have their own marketing and operational policies in addition to MGW’s.

Agents are required to comply fully with:

  • MGW’s policies;
  • the individual school’s policies; and
  • the Agent Agreement signed with MGW.

Breaching any one of these may result in immediate termination of the agency relationship.

05

Application Support

MGW and its agents provide application processing and admissions support based on the information supplied by applicants.

  • Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation.
  • MGW is not liable for delays, rejections or visa issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent submissions.

06

Student Welfare

MGW’s family schools provide varying levels of accommodation, student care and support services. Details of these services and any related costs are outlined in each school’s published materials and agreements.

07

Student Visas

The terms below are secondary to the primary terms outlined in the Agent Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of the individual institution.

Switzerland and the United Kingdom

In accordance with applicable visa and immigration requirements, fees may be required in full before the relevant institution issues visa-support documentation or a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies where applicable. Students must notify MGW immediately of any visa refusal or change in status.

United States and Malaysia

For applicable partner-school programmes, a deposit may be required before the relevant institution issues visa-support documentation. Please refer to the specific programme terms.

Visa refusal

If a student fails to obtain a visa through no fault of their own, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the relevant institutional and programme terms.

Where these MGW terms apply directly, a refund may be subject to a USD 500 administrative fee and receipt of written documentation confirming the visa refusal.

Where applicable, one week’s homestay accommodation fee may also be charged for cancellation or postponement notified less than 14 days before the start of the course. Separate terms may apply to residential accommodation.

08

Scholarship Students — Additional Conditions

Students who receive a partial or full scholarship from MGW and subsequently cancel their participation may be required to pay the full course fee before discontinuing the programme.

Scholarships are normally awarded to students with financial need, and recipients are expected to respect the conditions attached to the scholarship and the place allocated to them.

09

Limitation of Liability

MGW acts in good faith to ensure the accuracy of information but cannot guarantee:

  • programme availability at all times;
  • admission or visa approval, which remains the decision of the relevant institution or authority; or
  • employment or career outcomes beyond those formally guaranteed by the enrolling institution.

10

Modifications

MGW reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official MGW website.

11

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes arising from the use of MGW’s services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Zürich, Switzerland.

12

External Classroom

During busy periods, students may be taught off site. Further details will be made available as applicable.

13

Force Majeure

MGW will not be responsible for costs incurred by or on behalf of the student or agent as a result of circumstances beyond MGW’s reasonable control.

Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, riot, war, threat of war, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, unusually adverse weather conditions and infectious diseases.

14

Cancellation, Reduction or Shortening of Programme After Arrival

  • Visa students may be unable to shorten their programme or reduce the number of lessons where this would conflict with the conditions of their visa.
  • Application fees are non-refundable. Bank fees and charges will be deducted. Payments must include sufficient funds to cover all applicable bank charges.
  • For accommodation bookings of seven weeks or fewer, no accommodation refund will be provided.
  • For accommodation bookings of eight weeks or more, written notice must normally be provided four weeks before termination; otherwise, a four-week cancellation fee may apply.
  • Separate conditions may apply to residential accommodation.

15

Refunds

  • No refund or credit will normally be offered where a student voluntarily changes or cancels a programme after payment.
  • For visa students, a refund may apply in the event of a documented visa refusal in accordance with the relevant programme and institutional terms.
  • Refunds due will be paid to the person or organisation that originally paid the fees.
  • Where applicable, refunds will normally be processed within 45 calendar days following written confirmation, excluding applicable public holidays.
  • MGW must receive written visa-refusal documentation from the relevant immigration authority stating the reason for refusal.
  • No refund will be made where a visa has been granted but the student subsequently decides not to enrol.
  • Application fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

16

Payment

Course fees must be paid in accordance with the terms stated in the admission letter issued by the institution to which the student has applied.

  • Payments to MGW are accepted by bank transfer to MGW’s designated bank account.
  • Fees may be invoiced in USD, CHF, GBP or EUR as applicable.
  • All bank charges must be paid by the sender.
  • A copy of the transfer confirmation should be provided to MGW together with the student’s name, centre, relevant dates and invoice number.

17

Liability

  • MGW will not be responsible for property loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of MGW premises.
  • MGW will not be liable for the safekeeping or delivery of post sent to a student at an MGW campus or location.

18

Queries & Complaints

Any issues arising from collaboration with MGW should be reported to the MGW Admissions Department for review.

These Terms and Conditions remain applicable until 1 September 2026, unless replaced earlier by an updated version published by My Global World Education Group.
